1.2.7(6) here and I see the same in my logs as yours.
I second that, i don't see any hits and i am sure that it should have
picked up some uri's.
I tested it with the following uri "mp3vosem.com" this uri is found
in both surbl and uribl, but assp doesn't catch it. However
spamassassin finds it (through qmail) !
