Yes. Any open port is a risk. The assp http port (55555) should not be 
acessible from the internet. We usualy use firewalls for such tasks.
You should also use 'Allow Admin Connections From*' in the security section if 
possible.  ASSP is setup to allow only my
workstation and the server itself to connection to the configu
