Not at all. I am currently running ASSP in front of probably 50 or so domains. There is no special setup required, unless each of your domains has its own instance of a mail server. Basically, ASSP needs 1 installation per MTA. You that MTA is handling multiple domains, then there is nothing special to do for ASSP. You just have to make sure that you list all the domains that you are hosting in the Local Domains file (in the Relay section) so that ASSP understands which domains are local and which are not.
