I think the 10 secs delay for a single message may result in a slow answer from the URIBL-Server (Correct me if I am wrong)
If ASSP would cache (In RAM?) the last 100 or so URIS (and BL-Results), it has already veryfied with the URIBL Server befre, ASSP could bypass a uribl request and take the results from the cache.
