Easiest way to determine where the error msg is coming from is to a) look at 
the maillog.txt when sending the email, and see if it is rejected there.
b) change the relay rejection message in ASSP in the relay section and see 
if the response that you get changes as well.

Is mydomain.co.uk in your local domains file?   You may also want to put the 
exchange IP in the Accept All Mail settting, which tells assp to let all 
mail from that machine thru no questions asked.
