I use the cc all ham "function" to copy all email to an alternate address.
Ham goes to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and spam goes to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Then, if I get a false positive (I have not
for at least a month) I can first send it to the not spam error address and
then to the original recipient. If you run in test mode for a while and let
the users send spam and not spam reports to the proper addresses (they are
the wrong ones in the documentation) then you will not get many if any false
positives. Putting it in the not spam folder only adds it to the good-guys
part of the byaesian database (i think). Forwarding it to the not spam
address makes t count four times more (according to what I think I have
read) than if it was just seen as good email.
