Since tweaking what types of spam get put into the spam corpus,
configuring all of the nearly failsafe tests to be added, I have had an
enormous increase in the accuracy of the Bayesian filter. Since I
adjusted it in September, I went from 100+ missed spam submissions and
30+ false positives a day to only 2-5 missed and 1-2 false. Considering
that is out of 40k+ spam caught every week, Bayesian is the sh*t. FWIW.

what ? graylisting, yes, even out of the box. Thats the real magic
behind
effective spam blocking in the last 2 years.

Bayesian filtering. Hmmm.. 0,0000001 % false positives ? Not in my
experience.

but assp is great because it has so much to offer for any filtering
strategy.
