I've actually tried to send myself email from three sites:
Gmail, Yahoo, and Mail.com.
On each one, I get a nearly instant bounce saying
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: host mail.domain.com[209.xx.xx.xxx] said: 500
Mail appears to be unsolicited (in reply to end of DATA command)
I really don't know what to make of this. I'm having lots of people telling
me that this is happening, so I'm going to go off ASSP for a bit, until I
can track down why all email is either being rejected as spam, or rejected
due to relaying.

Have you added the relevant domains to Local Domains under settings for
Relaying?
