No, that is the white paper about <Delaying>. When the concept was written, ASSP already had the name "Greylist" for a completely other concept. So when "Graylisting" was introduced in ASSP, it was called "Delaying". The <Greylist> in ASSP is something different. ASSP gather in rebuildspamdb information about the probality that a given IP-Nr is sending SPAM. Lets say for a very simple demonstration case it found 1 Ham and 1 Spam from an IP-Range and assign the value of 0.5 to it. Above 0.5 means more likely Spam, below 0.5 means less likely Spam.
