Correct. You can copy over most everything (including the assp.cfg) from 
the old server to the new one, start ASSP, and then make the necessary 
changes for that host in the webinterface.

No need. just copy the "spam.db" file, there is nothing os or install
specific about the spam.db.

ASSP is not very reliant on the specifics of the server it runs on. as 
long as the paths and ips are set right it should run with very little 
modification from the old server to the new one.

The basic pointers could be put on the wiki but a full walk-through 
would be too specific for most users I think.
