Make sure you have "Spam Control > Use Subject as Maillog Names" disabled.

Maybe it would be good to substantially lower the "Other Settings >
Max Files" setting and run move2num.pl?

Or if you don't mind making changes in the rebuildspamdb.pl code, you
could change these lines:
add(0,$_,4,\&hamHash) for (glob("$correctednotspam/*"));
add(0,$_,1,\&checkham) for (glob("$notspamlog/*"));
into:
add(0,$_,16,\&hamHash) for (glob("$correctednotspam/*"));
add(0,$_,4,\&checkham) for (glob("$notspamlog/*"));
or similar to make the notspam files count 4x instead of 1x and the
errors/notspam files 16x instead of 4x.
What do others think?
