Just my 2 cents worth here...I would really like PB to be implemented for ALL 
tests because it's 
more confusing to only _partly_ implement it. I have every option available to 
score _only_, mainly 
because of the highly spammy nature of my email from a bayesian standpoint. I 
have legit email 
that has invalid LOCALHOST settings (even though I have contacted the legit 
mailers about the 
issue). I have some legit mailers that have landed in SORBS or SpamCop for 
whatever reason, 
but are OK otherwise. To be able to score and eventually reject based upon my 
penalty threshold 
is how I envision the PB working.

Is this how it works, or am I missing something here?
