Thanks to Fritz, Bro, Doug & others. I agree the server likely needs
more RAM and am in conversation with the client in that regard, but
rebuildspamdb now runs in about 5 hours, after I reduced the maxbytes,
deleted half the non-spam files, checked the "use less RAM" box,
probably a couple other things.
