To avoid confusion I think you should change on Validate Sender menu Reversed Lookup with Reversed Lookup (Missing PTR) AND This includes -Invalid Format Helo-,-Reversed Lookup-,-Missing MX/A- failed messages. with This includes -Invalid Format Helo-,-Reversed Lookup (Missing PTR)-,-Missing MX/A- failed messages. This because on info stat you'll find only Missing PTR and on assp logs you'll find only Missing PTR too. So to avoid any confusion with "Reversed Lookup" term , you may change as suggested above .
