Thats the problem.
This does not match 'info.4d.com' therefore ASSP thinks it's an invalid
HELO (slightly confusing IMHO).
Replace it with the default one in the interface
"^(([a-z\d][a-z\d\-]*)?[a-z\d]\.)+[a-z]{2,6}$" and you should be ok.
