as a follow-up in [v1.2.7.8(2)]:

as long as no bayesian spam is detected the penalty box works as expected
and blocks if score > 50

my goal is to 'tag' incoming bayesian spam (therfore running testmode) due
to possible false positives but to block if the combined score exceeds 50
