With testmode enabled, the Message will be passed to the reciepient. And will be prebended with a subject of your choice. In Testmode ASSP will add header lines, which shows the result of all tests. So you can choose to reject emails with non RFC Headers or Viruses (Tesmode off for htese checks) and only tag messages wich failed other test like the basian spam test.
