This is obviously an intentional misspelling to avoid URIBL detection, just in the same way that spammer purposefully misspell the names of pharmaceuticals, etc. Domain names however are a touchier subject - because while ledrx.com might be a spammer, ledrx.de may be a valid website in Germany.
