The CC Ham feature enhancement in the 1.2.7 release which uses the
USERNAME literal is an excellent feature which now allows for a copy of
all inbound ham mail to be forwarded onto an email backup repository. I
am very grateful to Fritz for improving this feature which is working
perfectly.
Would it be possible to introduce a similar optional feature on outbound
mail that flows through ASSP. I appreciate the function that ASSP has
and that the request may seem it bit off track but this method would
then allow for all valid inbound and outbound mail to be stored in a
separate repository via a single interface. I am guessing this would
assist a fair number of ASSP users who need to retain mail for archival
/ disaster recovery purposes without having to resort to designing
filters / bespoke processes to copy the mail from the e-mail server
itself?
