when I execute

telnet localhost 125
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: connect to address 127.0.0.1: Connection refused

probably my datacenter is blocking port 125 ?!

on another vps when I execute
telnet localhost 125
I receive this

Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
