Ok, I got it working on my test server. I've updated the FreeBSD install guide on the wiki to show the steps I took. http://www.asspsmtp.org/wiki/FreeBSD_Install_Guide#ClamAV_Configuration It should work for 5.1 but I can't test that myself, just make sure your ports tree is up-to-date and I suppose you should be ok.
