Hello, Imail has a dumb automatic blocking list which cuases much hassle, as it is complete obscure.
Disable "Auto-deny possible hack attempts" in the SMTP-Security settings! Have a look at: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20050921-DM01.htm and http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20050831-DM01.htm Additionatly you should update to 8.22 at least (I think this is possible without a valid subscription) as older versions have some security issues.
