You have to define the email in the configuration. Check the email
interface section, there are buttons to open the editor to create the
email response for each of the interface addresses, spam, notspam,
whitelist, redlist etc.

Ensure that "Legacy: Don't reply to messages to the
Email Interface" is not checked + "Reply to Spam/Not-
Spam Reports" is not 0 or empty + "TO Address for
Spam/Ham-Reports" is a valid one.
