Yes they are, and the new description is misleading, I changed it
already in:

[listenPort2,'Second Listen
Port',20,textinput,'','(\S*)',ConfigChangeMailPort2,
'The secondary port number that ASSP should accept SMTP connections
on. This is useful as a dedicated port for VPN purposes or for those
who cannot use SMTP port 25 outside of their ISP Network. You can
specify <i>&lt;address&gt;</i>:<i>&lt;port&gt;</i> to limit
connections.<p><small><i>Example:</i> 2525, 127.0.0.1:2525</small>'],
[smtpAuthServer,'Second Destination ',20,textinput,'','(\S*)',undef,
'Port to connect to when connections arrive on the second Listen
Port. If blank, all incoming email will go to the primary SMTP
destination. This is to allow remote users to make authenticated
connections and transmit their email at correct point in the mail
routing to prevent SPF failures.<p><small><i>Example:</i> 587,
127.0.0.1:587</small>'],
