One thing I'm not sure about on this. The documentation states that this is the maximum number of *simultaneous* SMTP sessions. To me it doesn't look like it matters if they are simultaneous or not. In other words, it looks like X+1 SMTP sessions in quick succession could trigger the blocking as well. Can someone confirm this?
