A normality 1.0 is a perfect balance of ham/spam.

Personally mines around 1.2 and I haven't seen any issues.

As long as your corpus is being fed consistently to take changing email 
content trends into account you should be ok, And as always if you start 
seeing false positives just send in some ham reports and it should start 
to self correct.
