I searched/found:
VALIDATEUSERLOG -- Enable User Validation logging:  (Default: 1) 
PenaltyLog -- Enable PenaltyBox logging: 1  
VALIDATESENDERLOG -- Enable Validate Sender Logging: 1 (Default: 0) 

I will sift through the PB and look for the ips in question..
