>Can some assp developer consider to write code to stop termporarly rebuildspam if server load goes over an xmax value and restart when server load return to an xmin value. ?
Instead of asking the developers to put work into something of limited utility, you could run rebuildspamdb at a low priority. Renice on Linux or START /LOW on Windows. Also, rebuildspamdb can be run from another machine, using a mapped drive. My low end hardware Linux based installations run rebuildspamdb on beefy Windows using a drive mapped with Samba. Of course, this requires Perl be installed on the machine you are running it from. - Bob Coffman ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
