Ok, now both txt files in 1.3.1 install are unix style formatted, so don't get easily viewed under windows (default program for viewing .txt files is notepad, which can't handle unix style line termination). Same problem for changelog.txt in ASSP folder But in rc folder the readme.txt (for readhat users) is pc formatted so anyone can read it.
