Yesterday I had to shut down clamd as it constantly uses 98% CPU on my
windows  server.  (Which  even  blocked  Imail  User mailboxes, as the
locking was not removed)
Installing the latest version from 18.04. and removing
all  signatures  from  the  share/clamav directory and getting them new with
frehsclam  and freshing the phish and scam signatures, everytgin looks
fine again.
