To be fair, he isn't selling ASSP, he's selling a set of scripts that
make using ASSP on cPanel much easier. According to the docs, ASSP is
GPL licensed, so as long as he isn't modifying the source or including
it in a commercial product without providing the source changes, what
he's doing is legal.
