Finally after more than one month I have installed ASSP on a new box without 
any other service installed on it. The problem with perl.exe persists and it 
has the CPU usage of 50% and after a while ASSP stops to run.

Sometimes the connection works fine for 3-4 lines and then it gives the 
"Connection Timeout" error.
