I think that for most of us (European/US), allowing any of those is an
invitation to let spam through.  I block almost everything I have listed
and described here:

Its still a work in progress, but as soon as the article has been
completed I will be moving it to the asspsmtp.org site.  In the
meantime, I still recommend using it as a basis for filtering character
sets that are foreign to your region and whom you communicate with. It
can be very effective way to deal with spam that sneaks past other
blocking methods.
