I think that for most of us (European/US), allowing any of those is an invitation to let spam through. I block almost everything I have listed and described here: http://www.espinola.net/wiki/Filtering_character_sets Its still a work in progress, but as soon as the article has been completed I will be moving it to the asspsmtp.org site. In the meantime, I still recommend using it as a basis for filtering character sets that are foreign to your region and whom you communicate with.
