Yeah, this one caused me some pain before I found that setting. You can set it globally or set it at run time in the script, either works. Technically though, the issue was the timeout code for the ClamAV scanning. It has been re-written in 1.3.2 (and backported to the 1.3.1 on Fritz's site) to eliminate the issue (at least it did for me).
