PTRInvalid and NoProcessing don't have the secondary scoring/pass/mark tags in the log, should they? MessageScoring doesn't have a secondary tag either, but from my understanding, it shouldn't.
Also, I find that the addition of the TotalScore and Tag headers is somewhat random, some emails have one or both, and others have none. Is it necessary to have the brackets in the Tag header? Are the tags only applied to spam mails? It would also be useful to have them in legitimate mail too, to see the white/local/noprocess tag, and the score it got, to see what legitimate mail is scoring highly and why.
