Oh, no - I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel. I'm only documenting what was in the ipnp. The paypal class b that was in the wiki was a mistake on my part. I'm not certain why I let that get in there, as it was clearly wrong. I am double-checking, but everything else should be correct, and is address space wholly owned by eBay/PayPal.
