The newest built contains 3 optionial files for denying SMTP.

1- safety deny (always deny), maintained manually:
denySMTPConnectionsFromAlways
2- deny, maintained manually: denySMTPConnectionsFrom (honors PB
whitebox)
3- exported extreme, maintained automatically by Penalty Box:
exportExtremeFile
- this can be set to be appended rather than overwritten:
exportExtremeFileAppend
- this can be set to be used as an additional denysmtpfile:
exportExtremeFileDeny
