Just sort them ! can't tell you why, but the top 20 invalid addresses get an
insane amount of spam. I manually approve those into the blacklist. Then I
keep a list of ex-user addresses. After 1 year of 5xx they are perfect
candidate for mild spamtrap (I use spamcollect for a lower spamtrapscore).

I use all of that, plus I know that some addresses are in many spamlist, so
when a message hits a trap I give a huge additional penalty score.
