It is still used. It was renamed GripList in the more recent releases to 
avoid confusion with delaying messages being referred to as greylisting.

There is no need for you to download the file yourself, ASSP will 
automatically download the griplist for itself every 12 hours or so if 
you leave the option enabled in the "SPAM Control" section of the gui.
