Currently I don't allow PDF's in from non-whitelisted senders. I have "pdf" in my BadAttachL2 and use BlockExes set to Level 2. This may or may not work in your environment. I have BlockWLExes set to Level 4. This has been working out very well for me since the PDF spam thing started. But what I'd like to see in the future perhaps is being able to use an allow list with similar multi-level modifiers. I prefer the allow/GoodAttach approach.
