I'm not sure. The last one was so exhausting that I haven't had the energy to start writing it yet. <grin> I'm about to tackle some of the legal issues, though (particularly the e-mail retention question). And I'm being very tempted to write something like "5 things you'd better do to Exchange Server to be RFC compliant" (even though it's not exactly a CIO topic). When I'm ready to gear up for those...
