Do yourself a favor and use the simplified one I sent previously. You won't 
have to be concerned about the changed designations.

The greeting card spam has changed so I added this regex to spambomb:

(colleague|family.member|neighb(o|ou)r|mate|(class|school).(mate|friend)|worshipper|friend|partner).sent.you.(a|an).((e|post)card|greeting.(card|ecard|postcard))

sanesecurity has been catching most but not all of the new ones.
