Ah, right. Because all the NDRs from my SMTP server will start with the 
same subject, I can remove those but keep all the others in bombre.txt.

And I think I just realized why I was seeing the NDRs being blocked. I 
use a relay SMTP server that is outside of my local IP range. If it were 
local, then bombre wouldn't have even been checked. So I could in fact 
set noBombScript to the address the NDRs come from.
