You will get periodic false positives.  Usually a user will call the 
help desk stating that they can't send a message, I have ASSP scanning 
local mail as well.  The pop up that the user gets is enough to locate 
that specific line in the SaneSecurity data file.  I remove the line and 
then they can send.  It's happened to me a couple times.
