That depends on your settings.
You can turn the asked features on or off, and you can configure if a
mail is blocket or if it gets scores until a limit and gets stored in a
spam-directory or deliverd to a spambox.

question from you. " Is ASSP rejected the mails with no MX , PTR or
invalid helo format or recognized them as spam?"
