hi, wondering what is the correct way to make an ISP ip bypass all the filters. I have a client that his ip is in the penalty box blacklist, i did add his ip in the whitelist and also in the noPB, but it continue rejecting the connection. Also is not supposed adding the ip in noPB it automatically remove it from the pb balckbox? is not happening.
