Ummm... maybe its my reading skill, but nothing I see there says that I 
MUST accept messages with a null sender. It only says that, IF I ACCEPT 
a message for final delivery, and there is a delivery problem therafter, 
I MUST generate an NDR - UNLESS the message has a null sender, in which 
case I must NOT send one...

Please point out the language that says I MUST ACCEPT one with a null 
sender...

Don't misunderstand me - I'm fairly sure you are right, but this section 
doesn't seem to be the pertinent one...
