Hi Roberto,

in an ISP-Enviroment you must act a bit different if there is no
internal user (I have this situation too).
In example Whitelisting cant work automatically and some other things
run in a way wich is sometimes hard to understand.

Best would be to start just with a couple of 100% save settings:
- Use DNS-Blacklists (RBL) AND(!!) DNS-Whitelists (RWL)
- set up some Spamtraps (Internal Name: spamaddresses)
- use the PenaltyBox (try to understand how it works)
- use graylisting (thats IMO the most effective feature without false
positives)
- use SPF

And be careful with the RegEx(es) if you dont understand them proper.

Check the stored Mails in assp/spam Folder often in the beginning for
false positives and check with the Mail analyzer why they where stored.

It is work to tweak ASSP out, but its worse it and your customers will
love you!
And its much better than Spam Assisian IMO.

Dont worry to ask in here if something failes or you dont understand,
everyone knows how complicate these things could be complicate.

regards

Christian Rehkopf
