I do expect that ASSP accepts the local connection and determines if the 
receipient is valid against its local user list; however, I do not expect 
that ASSP hands off the connection to my SMTP server until it's validated. 
Otherwise, what's the point of the local list if it's going to tax the SMTP 
server as well?
