Can you elaborate on this?  I thought the "envelope" refers to the part
of the "full headers" that are other than the standard "message headers"
of: To:, From: Date:, and Subject:.  So, "envelope headers" include
headers that are generated by the receiving MTA such fields as:
Return-Path:, Reply-To:, etc.
